What are the contraindications and reaction of vanilla?

Although it is an extremely beneficial spice, there are absolute contraindications and side effects that have been linked to the misuse of vanilla, which you must take into account to prevent further complications.

Since it is a digestive stimulant, its consumption is contraindicated in patients with chronic gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, and neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease.
