Basically, all of us people on this planet tend to be in autopilot most of the time. We don’t do anything to consciously remember that we’re doing. Most of the time we just do it. But if we’re honest with ourselves, we don’t really think about it at all. We’re just on autopilot.

A more accurate description is that we are constantly in autopilot. We don’t think about it in the moment, but we are. But if we really knew what we were doing, then we would know. We would not be on autopilot.

The problem is we get caught in autopilot and that’s when we’re in danger. We get caught in autopilot because we don’t know how to consciously think about what we’re doing. It’s because we’re not mindful.

We are not always aware of what we are doing, but we are aware of what we are not doing. We are not aware that we are not taking a nap. That’s because we are not mindful. When we are not mindful, we are like a zombie.

The problem with autopilot is when we’re in autopilot and we don’t know it, we have no control. We’re in autopilot because we are in autopilot, but we don’t know it.

We are autopilot because we are in autopilot. We are not mindful, we are not aware of our actions, and we are not aware that we are not taking a nap. We are like zombies.

In other words, we are all going back to our own zombie-like state if we never get back to full awareness.

The concept of awareness is so important, because without it we simply cannot function. When we are not aware of our actions or thoughts, we have no idea of where they are going or how they are progressing. This is why a lot of research and therapy is focused on focusing on awareness.

But where that awareness is gained varies from person to person. For example, you may be able to tap into your own awareness by having a specific goal in life. In my case, that goal is to go back to school. Because I have a background in psychology, I am able to know when I get a new idea, or when I am feeling bored, and then I can take a step towards that goal.
